Shipping and Returns Policy

Your box will ship by Postal Service. You will receive a tracking number via email once your box has shipped. Most boxes take 5-10 business days within the Canada and US to receive. Please track your package and notify us immediately if it has been delivered to another location other than the address that you provided when you registered.

Free Shipping

At CareMe we offer Free 5-10-day shipping all across US and Canada.
Handling Time- since each box is customized to you and your dog’s liking it can take between 1-3 business days for your box to be dispatched from our warehouse.

Cancelation
You are welcome to pause or cancel your subscription box at any time without paying any extra fees.

Returns
We accept all returns as long as the treats have not been opened and the toys have not been chewed on (15$ shipping fee will be required).
